Decision Boards
A 2×2 board I prototyped when I couldn't find a tool that held prioritization and AI handoff in one flow. The team never used it — keeping it here as a thought, not a shipped win.
← Back to ideasWhat I was trying to solve
Scope conversations kept splitting across tools: brainstorm on a whiteboard, decide in a doc, paste context into Claude from scratch. I wanted movable idea chips, a 2×2 matrix, a park lane for cuts, an explicit MVP marker, and Copy for AI when the room was ready to move on. I didn't find something that did all of that, so I built a standalone prototype with our design tokens.
What happened
It stayed personal — never rolled out or adopted internally. That's fine. The value for me was testing whether the interaction model felt right, not claiming a team workflow victory I didn't earn.
Why it's here
Side-project shelf material: an experiment in building the tool I wished existed, honest about the outcome. If you're curious how it works, the prototype still runs locally.
